Best part about working at Info Directions: It is rewarding to see first-hand how our clients use CostGuard and the value it brings to their business processes. Since joining Info Directions, I have met with many of our existing clients at either trade shows or their corporate locations. I am looking forward to strengthening these relationships and discovering new ways that we can continue to provide a superior customer experience.

In my spare time I like to: Spend time with my family, whether it is having dinner together, cheering for our favorite team at a sporting event, or watching our boys soccer games.

Nobody would ever guess, but I: am a GreatCall customer. As I was learning about our customers, I became impressed with the in-depth understanding that GreatCall has of their customers. It is easy to see why GreatCall is the best at what they do because their entire business is geared towards a world class customer experience. When I visited their Carlsbad Customer Service Center, I witnessed the comprehensive care they provide to their customers. My parents are retired and like to keep their lives simple. Once I returned from San Diego, I signed my parents up for GreatCall service via their web site. Within a week, I received my Jitterbug Samsung phone. After following a few easy steps, the phone was activated and ready to use. I updated the phone book with important numbers and handed the cell phone over to my parents. Although the phone was stored in a locked credenza for the first few weeks, I am pleased to say they never leave home without it now. My dad no longer tries to find pay phone when he is looking for the soccer field we are on. Better yet, I now have peace of mind that should they need help they can easily access assistance.

The best concert I ever saw was: either the first time I saw Bruce Springsteen and the E Street at the Carrier Dome or U2′s Vertigo tour stop in Buffalo. Bruce Springsteen was so good I also went the next night! A massive blizzard hit and it took us 4 hours to get home. As I recall, it was a very tough econometrics statistics class at 8:00 AM the next morning, but I still say it was worth it - just don’t tell my kids.
