In addition to the simplicity the new name provides, it marks our evolution from software developer to B/OSS partner. Through our Billing as a ServiceSM B/OSS offering, IDI gives telecommunications providers the power, flexibility and scalability they need to compete effectively and quickly capitalize on new business opportunities.
Celebrating our 15th anniversary this year gave us time to reflect on our journey as a company and on our role in helping our customers remain competitive. As IDI Billing Solutions, we clearly state what it is that we do – help service providers find solutions to their billing needs.
