The Rochester Top 100
In 2011, Info Directions made its sixth appearance in The Rochester Top 100 list with its rank in the #89 slot. Co-sponsored by the Rochester Business Alliance and the Rochester office of KPMG LLP, The Top 100 program considers privately held companies with more than $1 million in revenues in each of the previous three years and that demonstrate significant dollar and percentage growth.

Microsoft Gold Partner, 2003 — Current
After completing a comprehensive testing process on its software products, conducted by a third-party organization, and fulfilling a number of other operational and business requirements, Info Directions earned the designation of Gold Certified Partner with Microsoft Corp. The company is one of only a select number of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to meet Microsoft’s requirements and secure Gold Partner status.

Inc. Magazine Fastest Growing Privately Held Firms
In 2011, Info Directions was recognized as an Inc. 5000 company for the fourth  consecutive year. The Inc. 5000 is based on percentage of revenue growth from the previous three years. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. Revenue in the first year must be at least $200,000, and three years later must be more than $2 million.

“Best North American Rural Support” Winner, 2011
Selected by Billing & OSS World and the B/OSS Live! Conference & Businessplex, Info Directions received a 2011 B/OSS Live!
