As founder and president of IDI Billing Solutions, Donald Culeton uses his depth of experience as a software engineer and his visionary outlook to direct the development of the company’s Billing as a Service solution. Under his stewardship, IDI has grown from start-up to industry leader, earning the company recognition as an Inc. Magazine 5000/500 company five times and securing numerous industry awards. Culeton was also named one of the “25 Most Influential People in Telecom Software” by B/OSS Magazine in 2011.
Sue Sharp
Sue SharpChief Financial Officer
Sue Sharp has been with IDI 20 years overseeing IDI’s financial strategy and integrity. She is responsible for the capital and operating budgets, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, tax management and Plan Administrator of the 401(k) Plan. She has managed the company through fluctuating markets situations and established financial best-practices and improved internal controls. Sue has also worked with local government and banks to obtain grants and loans to meet key company initiatives of growth.

Sue has over the years volunteered on several local non-profit organizations and is currently volunteering on the Victor Dollars for Scholars Investment Board and a local CFO Roundtable Group.

Patrick Talty
Patrick TaltyVice President, Operations and CSO
Patrick J. Talty has been with IDI Billing Solutions since 1997. As Vice President of Operations & Chief Security Officer, Patrick serves as a consultative leader and hands-on manager who has a broad and diverse knowledge of system applications, software development and business operations management. Prior to joining IDI, Patrick was involved in the implementation of security systems throughout North America and Europe for Eastman Kodak.

Patrick is a member of ISACA® and retains the CGEIT credential for professionals who manage, provide advisory and/or assurance services related to the governance of enterprise Information Technology. Patrick holds Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Derrick Van Grol
Derrick Van GrolVice President, Global Sales
Derrick Van Grol has more than 27 years of experience marketing mission-critical software to companies throughout North America. Van Grol began his career at Eastman Kodak Company where he managed a team of product marketing specialists selling high-end digital imaging and access control systems to the Fortune 1000 marketplace, law enforcement agencies, and the Federal Triangle. One of the original founders at IDI, Van Grol has been a key contributor to our industry standing as a leader in the B/OSS marketplace servicing not only entry level CSPs with growth plans, but also titans such AT&T, Comcast, Telstra and Mitel.
Tim Wrona
Tim WronaVice President, Marketing and Product Strategy
Tim Wrona oversees the corporate and product marketing organization which is focused on delivering state-of-the-art services and offering a compelling value proposition. In his 25-year telecommunications career, Wrona has held leadership positions at AT&T, RCN Corporation, Frontier Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and Current Communications.
Steve Kosarko
Steve KosarkoVice President, Engineering
Stephen Kosarko joined IDI in 1996 after several years at Eastman Kodak and subsidiary Edicon. Kosarko oversees the development and build out of the company’s long-term technology vision. Under his direction, IDI achieved Gold Partner status as a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV).
Carmen DeFeo
Carmen DeFeoVice President, Account Management & Sales Operations
Carmen DeFeo leads the Sales and Account Management teams responsible for the strategic sales plan and advocacy of IDI’s customer base. His organization ensures that IDI has an in-depth understanding of customer business imperatives, positions appropriate IDI products and services, and provides timely, meaningful communications. Carmen has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, including Frontier Communications, ChoiceOne, Global Crossing and Current Communications, with an established track record in achieving results and motivating organizations to deliver a world-class customer experience.
