Donald Culeton: President and CEO
As founder and president of IDI Billing Solutions, Donald Culeton uses his depth of experience as a software engineer and his visionary outlook to direct the development of the company’s Billing as a Service solution. Under his stewardship, IDI has grown from start-up to industry leader, earning the company recognition as an Inc. Magazine 5000/500 company five times and securing numerous industry awards. Culeton was also named one of the “25 Most Influential People in Telecom Software” by B/OSS Magazine in 2011.
Before establishing IDI, Culeton spent more than 25 years as a software developer and manager at some of the world’s leading telecommunications and technology innovation companies including Bell Labs, Computer Consoles (now part of Nortel Networks), Eastman Kodak Company and Frontier Communications.
Steve KosarkoVice President, Engineering Stephen Kosarko joined IDI in 1996 after several years at Eastman Kodak and subsidiary Edicon. Kosarko oversees the development and build out of the company’s long-term technology vision. Under his direction, IDI achieved Gold Partner status as a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV). |
Derrick Van GrolVice President, Global Sales Derrick Van Grol has more than 20 years of experience marketing mission-critical software to companies throughout North America. Van Grol began his career at Eastman Kodak Company where he managed a team of product marketing specialists selling high-end digital imaging and access control systems to the Fortune 1000 marketplace. |
Sue SharpChief Financial Officer Sue Sharp is responsible for IDI’s financial integrity. Guiding the company through fluctuating market situations, she balances the need to be fiscally responsible with qualified risk-taking strategies. Her approach creates a solid financial foundation for IDI that creates stability in the company’s overall operations. |
Tim WronaVice President, Marketing and Product Strategy Tim Wrona oversees a corporate and product marketing organization focused on delivering state-of-the-art services and offering a compelling value proposition. In his 25-year telecommunications career, Wrona has held leadership positions at AT&T, RCN Corporation, Frontier Cellular, Verizon Wireless and Current Communications. |
Patrick TaltyVice President, Operations and CSO Patrick Talty spent the early part of his career at Eastman Kodak Company as a WorldWide Systems Administrator. His technical background has proven valuable throughout his career at IDI. Talty has supervised a number of major projects for the company, including the development, launch and operation of IDI’s SaaS delivery platform and completion of the company’s SSAE 16 audit process. Talty also serves as an adjunct professor at the E. Philip Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. |
Debbie CuletonVice President, Talent Management Debbie Culeton is responsible for the care of IDI’s most valuable asset – its employees. Culeton oversees recruitment and hiring practices for a growing team of employees and promotes the company’s values, vision and philosophy. Culeton’s passion for workforce development also led to appointments on the Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board (FLWIB) and Governance Board and its Steering Committee for the Finger Lakes Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) Partnership. |
