Tell us a little about Viaero Wireless and what your company does?

Connections are the foundation of the human experience. Each day we reach out to our family, friends and the neighbors who live in our communities. Viaero Wireless knows the value of keeping great connections alive. We’ve been building and maintaining our own network of systems and towers in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming for more than 28 years. Our customers are our number one priority because we believe rural communities deserve cutting-edge wireless solutions.

How is it different than some of the other companies that you’ve worked at?

This is my first job in telecommunications. Prior to working at Viaero 13 ½ years ago, I was a Property Manager for apartments. My current role is more technical than previous positions and that is my favorite part about it. I love trying to figure out how programs work and how to fix them when they don’t.

What is one feature in CostGuard that you like the best?

Guided Assignment. The flexibility that it allows us to create our processes is amazing. For the
front-end user, it is simple and easy to use.

Can you name an IDI Billing Solutions employee that you would give kudos to?
Can you describe why?

Joe Frediani. During implementation, he was a key employee in getting us up and running smoothly. His knowledge of the system is paramount and he is very easy to work with. He helped make the transition easier and I wish that I would get to work with him more often.

What is your favorite book/quote/recipe?

“Take it one day at a time. Today, after all, is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.”
Billy Graham
