(Aug. 5, 2014) — IDI Billing Solutions, a leading developer of billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the communications industry, announces Cary, N.C.-based Access Point, Inc. will move to the company’s cloud-based CostGuard® billing and OSS solution and implement its enhanced workflow capabilities.

Using APIs and a drag-and-drop user interface, CostGuard’s workflow module will help Access Point, Inc. enforce business processes and provide immediate visibility into errors and exceptions.
