Five year relationship for billing services extended
VICTOR, NY (October 9, 2014) — IDI Billing Solutions, a leading provider of Cloud Billing and Point of Sale solutions for facilities-based and MVNO mobile service providers, is pleased to announce that Cellular One of Northeast Arizona has extended its contract for IDI’s CostGuard® B/OSS SaaS solution.
Smith Bagley, Inc. dba Cellular One of Northeast Arizona, provides voice and data service over a GSM network in Northern Arizona and much of New Mexico. The company offers state-of-the-art phones and cutting-edge services that equip the demands of the fast-paced world providing voice, data and other enhanced services. Providing service since 1990, Cellular One is committed to offering it’s more than 100,000 subscribers the latest in phones, accessories, content and services for mobile communications.
As part of the agreement, Cellular One will also be implementing IDI’s OnlineAgent™ which is designed to help mobile carriers energize their agent network with real-time sales and service capabilities. Fully integrated with IDI’s CostGuard B/OSS SaaS offering, OnlineAgent also helps carriers eliminate manual processes, reduce data input errors, and decrease agent calls to the carrier’s call center.
