Tell us a little about you and your role at CREDO Mobile?

I’m a business analyst working primarily with the CostGuard system to meet the needs of our stakeholders in various areas of our business such as Marketing, Mobile Partnerships, Customer Service and Accounting & Finance. I am responsible for much of the configuration of products and other settings. I am also responsible for gathering requirements for CostGuard enhancements, including submitting ARs. I participate extensively with the QA process of new releases and Production Support as well. In addition, I work closely with our carrier partners, in particular, relating to their integrations with CostGuard for service provisioning and usage processing.

How has using CostGuard improved your business?

CostGuard supports our business extensively, from service provisioning to billing. I appreciate having a very close working relationship with IDI project management, account management and support teams to ensure that we are optimizing our use of CostGuard to meet our business needs. The majority of the time I am able to respond to our stakeholder requests using existing functionality in CostGuard via simple configuration. Typically, these are simple and routine tasks.

What’s one thing IDI does better than others you do business with?

I feel that I have a close personal relationship with a number of people I work with at IDI. While there is some turnover (mostly people moving to new roles within IDI), I appreciate the long-standing relationships I have there which make communication so much easier.

If you could choose anyone as a mentor, who would you choose?

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is my personal hero. I would be proud to accomplish even a fraction of what she has done so far in her lifetime.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Raw oysters

Is there anything else you want people to know?

I really love the mission of CREDO to provide products that fund progressive causes and power social activism. All of the work we do to make sure our billing and customer management work well is in service of that mission, which is a great motivator!
