Mentoring at WiCHacks

Volunteering is at the heart of our community engagement. Our team is thrilled to mentor students at the Women in Computing at RIT’s annual hackathon, WiCHacks. This event is more than just a competition; it’s a platform for empowering young hackers to broaden their horizons and pursue their passion in STEM fields.

Supporting Diversity through Endowed Scholarships

Understanding the importance of accessibility in education, IDI recently made a gift to RIT to bolster diversity initiatives. This contribution has enabled the establishment of an endowed scholarship and student support fund, specifically assisting African American, Latino American, and Native American (AALANA) students from Western New York who demonstrate financial need. This initiative is a cornerstone of our dedication to nurturing a diverse educational environment and providing equal opportunities for academic excellence.
