Hotel & Group Rate Information
We’ve secured a special group rate of $319 for conference attendees. You can book the contracted conference dates (April 21–23) directly using the link below.
Important Registration Information
Hotel & Group Rate Information
If you’d like to arrive up to three days early or stay up to three days after the conference, the hotel will honor our reduced group rate. However, these extended dates cannot be booked online—after reserving your conference nights, please email our Event Manager, Nirvana Araujo, directly at Nirvana.Araujo@marriotthotels.com to add any additional nights (pre/post). Requests must be submitted in writing.
Resort Fee:
The standard resort fee is $65 per night, but IDI has negotiated a reduced fee of $25 per night for our group. Please note that the Marriott’s automated confirmation emails will still display the standard $65 rate. You will only be charged the contracted $25 rate upon checkout.
Group Rate Cutoff:
If you plan to attend, please don’t delay booking. Our group rate is only available until April 1, 2026. After this date, rooms and pricing are subject to availability, and will be much more expensive.
