The Society for Technical Communication recognizes the IDI Documentation team with Awards for telecom billing and OSS solutions CostGuard and OnlineAgent
Victor, NY (January 29, 2014) — IDI Billing Solutions, leading developer of billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the telecommunications industry, has won its fourth and fifth Summit Awards for technical documentation.
The Summit Awards are sponsored by the Rochester chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC), providing an opportunity for technical communicators to receive recognition from their peers. Each entry is judged against criteria that measure the degree of technical content, achievement of purpose, and technical execution in an online or printed deliverable.
The IDI Documentation team submitted two entries in the competition this year and both entries were selected as award winners. CostGuard® Online Help, the online documentation for IDI’s core billing and OSS solution, received an award of Excellence, while the Configuration Guide for IDI’s OnlineAgentSM application won an award of Merit.
